The quick response of the cebu city fire department and other volunteer fire brigades had put out the fire in just 30 minutes, I hope they will be ready for the tall buildings in the years to come.
Our office is on the 5th floor of the kang-ha bldg and was affected by this fire because of the delayed restoration of the electrical system. The scheduled fund raising activity we were supposed to have was moved to Dec. 17 and 18 instead. In this note, we would like to ask for your permission if we can post one of these pictures in our facebook page to explain the delay of the events. We can't find any other pictures we can use-newspapers or other media- except yours. Hoping for your kind consideration.
